We can provide you with Transcription Services.

• You email us your recording
• We will transcribe the conversation, indicating each speaker.
• The final transcription will be emailed to you within 48 hours from receipt of payment.
• All transcription will be proofread, spell-checked and formatted.
• We will provide up to 3 changes for each transcription piece.
• We will endeavour to transcribe as much audio as possible and indicate where it is inaudible, however, we will request that you sign a waiver in relation to the accuracy of the transcription where clarity of the recordings is poor.
