A well-established family investment group in Western Australia required assistance in structuring their online and paper based document management system.

We arranged their paper based files including logical categorisation and naming protocols, purchase of files and stationery and printing of labels.

We categorised and sorted all of the online softcopy files into their software for easy retrieval.

So the whole team could maintain the files with minimal effort we trained created a filing directory and simple procedures and trained the Director on the simplest methods to maintain the filing system so all team members could keep the files organised on an ongoing basis with minimal effort.
